山东省男男性行为人群压力现状及影响因素研究

| 中文摘要 | Objective To understand the psychological,family and social stress of men who have sex with men(MSM)in Shandong province,and to discuss the associated factors in order to improve the health of MSM by alleviating their pressure.Methods An anonymous survey was conducted in Yantai,Weihai and Binzhou in Shandong province from January to June 2021.979 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed,and a multivariate logistic regression model was used to explore the factors affecting the stress of MSM.Results There were 127(12.97%),244(24.92%)and 123(12.56%)MSMs who claimed of experiencing psychological stress,family stress(parent pushing for marriage)and social pressure.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that MSMs who had sexual intercourse with men under unconsciousness as being drunk(OR=6.75,95%CI:81.19-9003.48)or seduced by others(OR=3.95,95%CI:6.37-426.27)or under curiosity(OR=2.97,95%CI:2.45-154.39)had higher psychological stress compared to those who enjoyed the same sex intercourse.Meanwhile,MSMs with monthly income of less than 10000 RMB experienced higher family pressure and social pressure compared to those with monthly income of>10000 RMB.MSMs of non-local residence,with no permanent sexual partners,no AIDS prevention services,no regular testing,and feelings of inconvenience to life due to their sexual orientation were more likely to have psychological,family and social pressure.Conclusions MSMs in Shandong experience higher family stress.Therefore,it is necessary to target the major factors which trigger or worsen the stress of MSMs,so as to formulate relevant emotional relief strategies,increase social support and strengthen mental health interventions for MSMs. |
| 英文摘要 | 目的了解山东省男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)压力现状,探讨影响其心理压力、家庭压力及社会压力的主要因素,为缓解性此类群体压力,提升其健康水平提供参考依据。方法于2021年1—6月在山东省烟台市、威海市、滨州市3个地区进行匿名调查,收集有效问卷979份,并采用多元logistic回归模型探讨影响MSM心理压力、家庭压力及社会压力的因素。结果有心理压力127人(12.97%),面临父母催婚压力244人(24.92%),感受到社会的压力123人(12.56%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,本身喜欢同性相比醉酒或在无意识情况下发生同性关系(OR=6.75,95%CI=81.19~9003.48)、他人诱导(OR=3.95,95%CI=6.37~426.27)、好奇心使然(OR=2.97,95%CI=2.45~154.39)的MSM心理压力更突出;月收入>10000元相比月收入较低的MSM家庭压力更大,相比于月收入>10000元,月收入较低的MSM受到的社会压力更大;外地户籍、无固定性伴侣、未接受预防艾滋病病毒服务、未定期检测及感到性取向对生活产生不便的MSM的心理压力、家庭压力、社会压力更为明显。结论山东省MSM队列承受家庭压力最大,有必要关注引发其家庭、心理、社会压力的各项因素,加强对MSM的心理健康干预,加强社会支持力度,帮助其缓解各项压力。 |
