英文摘要Primula is the largest genus of the Primula family, and there are about 500 species of Primula in the world. China has the richest Primula germplasm resources in the world, accounting for more than half of the world's species, and most species are endemic to China, concentrated in northern Sichuan, northwestern Yunnan and Tibet. Among them, the section Proliferae has rich and gorgeous flowers and multi-layered inflorescence, which has high ornamental value and meets the requirements of gardening flowers.Cross breeding is a common method for breeding new varieties. At present, most of the ornamental plants cultivated in the world are crossed or repeatedly backcrossed between two or more species, and then bred through long-term artificial selection. Through interspecific hybridization, plants with phenotypic traits such as flower color, plant type and leaf type between the two parents can be obtained, or new traits different from the parents can be produced. In allogamy plants, heterosis is widespread, that is, the viability, traits and fecundity of the hybrid F1 generation are better than those of the two parents. Primula is a typical allogamy plant. The existence of heterostyly makes most primroses use hetero-pollination mediated by pollinating insects to produce seeds. Therefore, this thesis uses the method of interspecies cross breeding to carry out research on P. poissonii, P. anisodora, P. bulleyana and P. beesiana four species of candelabra primrose, to cultivate new varieties. The main research contents include: The long-style plants and short-style plants of each species were used as the female parent, respectively, and crossed with the same or heterogeneous plants of the corresponding style type, and a total of 32 hybrid treatments were performed. Perform preliminary statistics and processing on the obtained hybrid seeds, counting the germination rate of hybrid seed of each hybrid treatments after sowing. The main results and conclusions are as follows: (1) Comparing the single seed weights of all hybrid combinations, it was found that the single seed weights of hybrid seeds in the same Primula species when the long stigma plants were used as the female parent were heavier than those of the short stigma plants. (2) The germination rate of seeds produced by the hybridization of P. poissonii and P. anisodora, P. beesiana and P. bulleyana has higher germination rate, while hybrids between P. poissonii and P. beesiana or P. bulleyana, P. anisodora and P. beesiana or P. bulleyana either fail to produce hybrid seeds or the hybrid seed setting index is too low and the hybrid seeds fail to germinate. (3) The average single seed weight of seeds of all hybrid combinations is 0.1251 mg. Among the 8 hybrid combinations of P. poissonii, the single seed weight of hybrid seeds produced when the long-styled P. poissonii as the female parent is 10 times heavier than that of the short-styled P. poissonii.
