勐腊毛麝香 精油提取工艺 、 质量标准 和 提取物活性评价

英文摘要Mosquitoes not only affect people's lives through harassment and bites, but also spread a variety of mosquito-borne diseases, endangering human health. With the increasing pursuit of people's own health and product safety, consumers are more inclined to use natural plants to repel mosquitoes and treat mosquito bites. Adenosma buchneroides Bonati is a medicinal plant used by the Akha people (the branch of Hani Nationality) to drive away mosquitoes and fleas, to treat itching and swelling of skin caused by mosquito bites, and to treat colds, colds and headaches by oral administration. The previous research of the research team showed that the plant essential oil had good mosquito repellent activity, and clarified the chemical basis of the essential oil for mosquito repellent, which scientifically proved the rationality of the grass used for mosquito repellent in folk. Further scientific verification shows that it can alleviate the symptoms of allergy, itching, redness and inflammation caused by mosquito bites. Studying the extraction technology and quality standard of essential oils will be beneficial to the development of related products and the comprehensive utilization of resources. In order to maximize the yield of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil, this paper explores the factors that affect the extraction yield of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil through the laboratory, and finds that drying in the shade does not affect the extraction yield of essential oil, but salting treatment can improve the extraction yield of essential oil, thus guiding the field distillation production of essential oil. The extraction rate of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil was increased from 1‰ to 4‰ by optimizing the equipment, temperature, stacking mode and adding amount of plant materials in field distillation production. In order to monitor and control the quality of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil in industrial production, the related quality standards of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil were studied, and the related information of five physical indexes (relative density, optical rotation and refractive index) and chemical indexes (content range of 12 main components of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil and typical gas chromatogram of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil) of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil were improved. At the same time, the stability of chemical components of A. buchneroides Bonati essential oil stored for 4 months under 6 different conditions (40 ℃, 4 ℃, room temperature, -20 ℃, variable temperature and light) was investigated. The results showed that: With the increase of storage time, the contents of essential oils, terpinene and γ-Terpinene stored at 40 ℃ decreased, while the contents of p-Cymene gradually increased (10.20%, 10.54%, 10.66%, 11.27%, 11.71%).
