| 英文摘要 | The synthesis of gwanakoside A, a chlorinated naphthol bis-glycoside, and its analogues was achieved through stepwise chlorination and donor-equivalent controlled regioselective phenol glycosylation with glycosyl N-phenyltrifluoroacetimidates as donors. Gwanakoside A displayed considerable inhibitory effects against various cancer cells and Staphylococcus aureus strains. |
