英文摘要 | Herein, a visible light-mediated defluorination reaction to access 1,1-difluoro-1,3-enynes is described. Compared with previous studies, this protocol employs more readily accessible acids as a radical precursor under redox-neutral conditions. Moreover, the reaction exhibits high compatibility with diverse primary, secondary and tertiary acids, especially natural amino acids and drug-derived acids. Preliminary mechanistic investigations reveal that a radical pathway is involved in the catalytic cycle. image |
