英文摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of somatosensory interactive games on the recovery of cognitive function in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment. Methods: A total of 64 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment in the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research participants, and the self-made SPSS program code was used to randomly assigned to a somatosensory interactive game group or a conventional group, with 32 patients in each group. Both groups received routine medical treatment and rehabilitation intervention, based on which the conventional group adopted routine cognitive rehabilitation training, and the somatosensory interactive game group adopted somatosensory interactive games, and both were intervened for four weeks. The scores of the two groups were observed and compared before and after the intervention; the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and the Barthel index (BI) in both groups were assessed after the intervention. Results: After four weeks of intervention, the MoCA score and BI score in the somatosensory interactive game group were higher than those in the routine group. In addition, the NIHSS score was lower than in the routine group. The difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: Somatosensory interactive games can promote neurological, cognitive, and daily living function recovery in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment and improve quality of life.
