中文摘要 | Emotional regulation ability can promote autistic children to interact effectively with the external environment, but autistic children generally have difficulties in emotional regulation. Parents play an important role in the development of emotional regulation ability of autistic children. The way parents express and regulate their emotions affects the development of children 's understanding, expression and regulation of emotions, but parents often ignore or do not pay attention to their own emotional regulation management. Previous studies have found that there is a correlation between children 's emotional regulation strategies and parents ' emotional regulation strategies. However, for autistic families, the current research focuses more on the influence of autistic children 's behavior and symptoms. Some studies have explored the influence of parents on the emotional regulation ability of autistic children from the perspective of parenting style, but have not refined the specific influencing factors in parenting style. The influence of parents ' emotional regulation strategies on the emotional regulation ability of autistic children still lacks systematic research and experimental evidence. In addition, some studies have shown that parents ' emotional regulation strategies and parenting stress, parenting stress and children 's emotional regulation ability are closely related to each other. However, the relationship between parenting stress and parents ' emotional regulation strategies and children 's emotional regulation ability has not been further revealed. Therefore, this study aims to explore the role of parental emotional regulation strategies and parenting stress in the development of emotional regulation ability of autistic children through random sampling questionnaire survey and intervention experiments. This study is divided into two parts. In the first part, 148 valid data about parents ' emotional regulation strategies, parental parenting stress and children 's emotional regulation ability from autistic families in different cities in China were collected by random sampling questionnaire survey. The data were processed and analyzed by variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: (1) There is a close correlation between emotional regulation ability of autistic children and parental emotional regulation strategies: parental adaptive emotional regulation strategies are significantly positively correlated with emotional control ability of autistic children, and positively predict emotional control ability of autistic children. Parental maladaptive emotion regulation strategies are significantly positively correlated with the degree of emotional disorders in autistic children and positively predict the degree of emotional disorders in autistic children. (2) The mediating effect of parenting stress: Parenting stress has a significant mediating effect between adaptive emotion regulation strategies and emotional control ability of autistic children, and plays a complete mediating role between non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies and emotional disorders of autistic children. In the second part, a non-randomized controlled study was conducted to recruit parents of 32 autistic children. Among them, 16 parents received four emotional management training interventions as the experimental group and 16 parents received four autism knowledge training interventions as the control group. The scale of study 1 was used to evaluate children's emotional regulation ability and parent’s stress, emotional regulation strategies of the two groups before and after the intervention. The data analysis results showed that after the implementation of different intervention measures, compared with the control group, the parents ' emotional regulation strategies and children 's emotional regulation ability of the experimental group were significantly improved. There was a significant correlation between the difference of mother's emotional regulation strategy, the difference of parenting stress and the difference of children's emotional regulation ability. Among them, the improvement of parents ' adaptive emotion regulation strategies can positively predict the improvement of children's emotional control ability, and the improvement of parents' non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies can positively predict the relief of children's emotional disorders. The improvement of parenting stress has a significant mediating effect between the improvement of adaptive emotion regulation strategies and the improvement of emotional control ability of autistic children, and plays a complete mediating role between the improvement of non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies and the relief of emotional disorders of autistic children. In summary, these findings highlight the important influence of parents ' emotion regulation strategies and their improvement on the emotion regulation of autistic children. By improving parents ' emotion regulation strategies, the emotion regulation ability of autistic children can be improved. Parenting stress plays a mediating role in it. The improvement of parents ' adaptive emotion regulation strategies can directly predict the improvement of children 's emotional control ability, and can also affect children 's emotional control ability through the reduction of stress. The improvement of parents ' non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies will not directly bring about the relief of children 's emotional disorders, but through the reduction of stress to alleviate the degree of children 's disorders. This study helps to further understand the complex relationship between parents ' emotion regulation strategies and autistic children 's emotion regulation ability, and provides guidance and suggestions for the improvement of autistic children 's emotion regulation ability from the perspective of parents ' role. |
