英文摘要Phytochemical investigation on the bioactive constituents of the tubers of Lepidium meyenii led to two new quinoline derivatives (1 and 2) and one new macamide (5), together with six known compounds (3, 4, and 6-9). The new structures were elucidated by means of the extensive spectroscopic analyses. The NMR data of com-pound 3 were firstly reported and its structure was affirmed by the X-ray crystallography diffraction. Compound 9 showed moderate AChE inhibitory activity, and 1, 3, and 8 exhibited moderate inhibitory effect on the secretion of TNF-& alpha; by RAW264.7 cells.
