| 英文摘要 | Phytochemical investigation on the whole plant of Swertia mileensis led to the isolation of two new triterpenoids, including a 28-nor-oleanane (1) and a 3,4-seco-3-nor-oleanane (2), together with 21 known triterpenoids (3-23). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 2 and 10 exhibited antiinflammatory activity by inhibiting the secretion of cytokines TNF-alpha and IL-6 in RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS with IC50 values ranging from 32.8 to 69.8 mu M. Compounds 1 and 17 showed cytotoxicity against HepG2 and MDA-MB-231 cells with inhibitory rates ranging from 30.34 % to 47.18 % at 10 mu M. |
