Two new triterpenoids from the stems of Euphorbia royleana

英文摘要Two new triterpenoids, namely 24-methylene-5,24-dien-19(10 -> 9)-abeo-8 alpha,9 beta,10 alpha-eupha-3 beta-ol (1) and 24-methyl-5,23-dien-19(10 -> 9)-abeo-8 alpha,9 beta,10 alpha-eupha-3 beta-ol (2) were isolated from the stems of Euphorbia royleana, together with three known analogs. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by extensive H-1 NMR,C-13 NMR, HSQC, HMBC, H-1-H-1 COSY, ROESY and HR-MS spectroscopic analyses.
