英文摘要 | Abstract The defect of the jump ring on the surface of the thin wall copper tube by drawing with a floating plug was analyzed, experiment was based on a direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, SEM, and 3D surface topography instrument. Research shows that: when the plug position was over the extreme for-most position, the copper tube was extruded between the drawing die and mandrel, forming a localized necking state; when the plug position was over the extreme rear-most position, the copper tube was drawing in the empty sinking state. The plug does not play a finishing affection, which causes local projections of surface materials. The jump ring macro showed a ring bamboo section scar with bright and dark, micro performance for the uneven wall thickness. |
