英文摘要 | The combustion behavior and mechanism of TC25 alloy were investigated by titanium fire melt liquid droplet tests. Moreover, the microstructure and element distribution after combustion were analyzed. Results showed that the combustion reaction zone was composed of the oxide zone, melting zone and heat affected zone. The enrichment of alloying elements, such as Si, Zr, Mo, Sn and W at the melting zone/heat affected zone interface played a pivotal role in regulating the interface propagation rate. The diffusion of Al element was the ratedetermining step in the initial stable combustion stage, whereas the diffusion of O element became the ratedetermining step in the subsequent combustion stage. |
