Children’s school adaptation is a focal problem for parents, in which emotional adaptation and regulation are particularly important. To explore the influence of parents’ meta-emotional philosophy and children’s temperament on preschool children’s emotions, the questionnaire was adopted and preschool children aged 3~7 and their parents were selected as participants. Parents reported questionnaires. One-way analysis of variance, multivariate analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis were used. Results: (1) Parental emotion-dismissing negatively predicted children’s anger regulation; (2) Parental emotion-coaching positively affected the anger regulation of children with low negative temperament, and parental emotion-disapproving negatively affected the anger regulation of children with high control temperament. It showed that parents should adopt different parenting styles for children with different temperament.

本研究采用问卷法探讨了父母元情绪理念与儿童气质对3-7岁学前儿童情绪发展的作用，使用多因素方差分析、相关分析及线性回归分析，结果发现：（1）父母情绪失控负向预测儿童愤怒强度；（2）父母情绪教导正向预测低消极儿童的愤怒调节，父母情绪摒除负向预测高努力控制儿童的愤怒调节。这些结果表明，适合的父母元情绪理念可优化儿童情感社会化启发模型，为儿童情绪健康发展及良好的情绪调节能力提供科学指导。
