英文摘要 | With the increasing human development and utilization of the ocean, the impact of offshore engineering on the ocean ecological environment is becoming more and more serious. In this article, a technique for in situ monitoring of marine micro-ecological elements based on laser-induced fluorescence is proposed. Combining laser-induced fluorescence with different types, contents, and proportions of micro-ecological elements, we establish the relationships between the concentration of marine micro-ecological elements, their diversity, and the fluorescence intensity of different wavelengths in order to detect the abundance and dominant species of micro-ecological elements in the ocean in situ. The experimental results show that this technique has the advantages of in situ, rapid, convenient, and continuous measurement, which provides a technical basis for accurate and rapid intelligent testing of marine micro-ecological elements for the development and maintenance of offshore engineering. |
