| 英文摘要 | Herein, we report the first example of Rh-catalyzed C(sp2)-H difluoroallylation of alpha,beta-unsaturated amides with 3-bromo-3,3-difluoropropene under mild conditions. The features of this protocol for difluoroallylation are unprecedented vinylic substrates, ethanol as a green solvent, good functional group and air compatibility, and scale-up synthesis with low catalyst loading. The first example of Rh-catalyzed C(sp2)-H difluoroallylation of alpha,beta-unsaturated amides with 3-bromo-3,3-difluoropropene has been developed under mild conditions. |
