英文摘要 | In tokamak devices, the stabilizing plates are installed in the vacuum vessel to mitigate the vertical instability of plasma. As the power and operating time of tokamak devices increase, the electromagnetic force generated by MD (Major Disruption) of plasma and thermal load will be greater than before. In order to maintain the performance of the stabilizing plate, a new concept about stabilizing plate for the advanced tokamak is introduced in this article. The new stabilizing plate is designed with a sturdy body and a composite cooling structure. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the contact resistance between stabilizing plates, an electrical connection structure is specially added for the stabilizing plate. Based on the electromagnetic analysis and thermal analysis, theoretical feasibility for the new stabilizing plate is provided. In order to verify the actual performance of the electrical connection structure, the contact resistance test is conducted. According to the experimental results, the total contact resistance of total stabilizing plates is less than 3.2 mu Omega. |
