| 英文摘要 | In flask,the recombinant yeast grows slowly .With bio reacter controlling the medium in a favourable condition ,the yeast grows quickly.This study also shows that with the growth of yeast glucose and amonia in medium are consumed quickly which constricting the growth of yeast and that the changes of dissolved oxgen and glucose in medium can be adequte parameters indicating the growth of yeast. |
