英文摘要 | Molybdenum disulphide-carbon (MoS2-C) composite fflms were prepared by closed-ffeld non-equilibrium magnetron sputtering, and the tribological properties of the fflms were tested at 50 K, 100 K, 200 K and 300 K using a cryogenic tribotester in vacuum. The effect of low temperature on the structure, mechanical and tribological properties of the fflms was investigated. The results show that the wear period of the fflms is gradually prolonged and the wear rate increases as the temperature decreases, and the lattice spacing of the fflms decreases signiffcantly at 50 K, which prevents the formation of ordered and easily shearable MoS2(002) crystalline surfaces and transfer fflms. In conclusion, the tribological properties of MoS2-C composite fflms are reversible and depend on the temperature change. |
