英文摘要Corydiidae SAUSSURE, 1864 is an extant family of Blattaria (cockroaches) and dates back to the Jurassic. The discovery of new fossils of Corydiidae can provide more information about its early evolution. In this paper, we describe a new corydiid cockroach Maculosala circularis gen. et sp. n. based on a well-preserved specimen from mid-Cretaceous Kachin amber of northern Myanmar. It shares similar features with the genera Bimodala & Scaron;M & Iacute;DOV & Aacute;, 2019, Spinka VR & Scaron;ANSKt & Scaron;M & Iacute;DOV & Aacute; et BARNA, 2019, Okruhliak VR & Scaron;ANSK? et HINKELMAN, 2023, and Pokemon HINKELMAN et VR & Scaron;ANSKt 2023, but differs in having an oval nodulose and rounded shape of pronotum, and very wide forewings at base with R and M fused basally and with specific maculation. Besides Magniocula paradoxona VR & Scaron;ANSK & Aacute; et VR & Scaron;ANSKt 2023, Maculosala circularis gen. et sp. n. is the only fossil corydiid with fully revealed hindwings.
