英文摘要 | Comprehending the relationship between the supply and demand of ecosystem services (ESSD) and its thresholds can provide significant insights into spatial management zoning. Nevertheless, how to integrate the threshold effects of ESSD relationship into zoning practice remains unsolved. Here, we embedded a novel zoning scheme into a methodical research framework to explore the spatial planning in Lanzhou-Xining Urban Agglomeration (LXUA). We first considered four representative ecosystem components: water, food, PM2.5 and CO2, to characterize their ESSD relationships. Secondly, constraint line analysis and nonlinear regression allowed us to detect the nonlinear driving mechanisms of ESSD relationship. Afterwards, based on the function features and morphological characteristics, we identified the thresholds of ESSD relationship. At last, the zoning map of LXUA was generated via spatial overlay analysis. The results indicated that comprehensive ESSD relationship in LXUA improved from 2000 to 2020. For the individual ESSD relationship, the remarkable enhancement of water and PM2.5 has offset the evident reduction of CO2. Thresholds were prevalent in the interaction between ESSD relationship and its drivers, manifesting as points or ranges. Regions characterized by less precipitation, scare greenness, extreme temperature and altitude, and proximity to human activity often witnessed serious ESSD mismatch. The territory of LXUA was delineated into core conservation zone, key optimization zone, city central zone, and ecological restoration zone. Tailored suggestions were proposed for each zone, serving as empirical guidance for sustainable development. |
