英文摘要 | In order to improve the reliability of the displacement actuator used in the active surface of large aperture radio telescope, the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) of the actuator are carried out based on the meta action theory. On the basis of the original method, this paper balances the analysis proportion of mechanical transmission unit and electronic and electrical unit, and applies it to actuator, an electromechanical equipment. Through the structural decomposition of FMA, the failure mode of meta action unit is studied. Furthermore, the complete failure analysis results of the displacement actuator are obtained. |
