| 英文摘要 | Five new constituents, fraxinifolines H (1) and J (2), 7S-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylrutaecarpine (6), 12-hydroxyhortiamide (10) and fraxinifolioside A (13), together with known limonoids (3-5) and alkaloids (7-9 and 11-12) were isolated from the twigs with leaves of Tetradium fraxinifolium. The structures of these compounds were determined by analysis of their HRESIMS, NMR spectroscopic data, and/or single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1, 2, 4, and 7-13 exhibited immunesuppressive activity in vitro against the proliferation of LPSinduced B lymphocytes and/or ConA-induced T cells. While 3 showed significant anti-proliferation effect on HT-29 human colon cancer cells. |
