| 英文摘要 | The heterogeneity of pores, an inevitable and intractablechallengeduring steam flooding, directly induces channeling phenomenon andseriously suppresses oil recovery. Additionally, prolonged exposureof steam exacerbates the diversion capacity of pores with differentsizes, thereby exerting further influence on the shape and amountof remaining oil. Considering the microscopic aspect, the variationcoefficient of pore size is remarked to characterize the heterogeneityof porous media. In this work, cores with microcomputerized tomography(micro-CT) and microfluidic models with image recognition are employedto research the oil-water distribution and occurrence of remainingoil affected by temperature and velocity in porous media. The resultsfrom core displacement experiments show that high temperature andstrong heterogeneity conjointly increase the proportion of membranousoil and decrease the proportion of aggregated remaining oil, indicatingthat the sweep efficiency is increasing. Specially, when the temperatureincreases from 100 to 150 & DEG;C, the sweep efficiency exhibits anotable increase of more than 15%. In contrast, when the temperaturerises from 200 to 250 & DEG;C, the corresponding increment is lessthan 2%. From the results of the microfluidic model, the great injectionvelocity and weak heterogeneity synergistically expand the horizontalsweep region. Through the examination of the macroscopic distributionand microscopic occurrence of remaining oil during steam floodingwith varying injection parameters, the impact of steam flooding onheavy oil in heterogeneous reservoirs can be effectively and comprehensivelydemonstrated. The findings of this work offer promising applicationprospects in terms of optimizing the sweep efficiency through theadjustment of steam injection temperature and velocity, which canhave positive impacts. |
