| 英文摘要 | Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a traditional treasure and its efficacy has been verified through thousands of years of practice. The standardization of TCM quality and the elucidation of pharmacological mechanisms are the requisites for its current development and application. Due to its complex multi-component nature, analysis is highly challenging. Developing advanced TCM analysis technology is a crucial task for facilitating the modernization of TCM. Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technique, as a potent optical technique, possesses unique advantages including high sensitivity, high spectral resolution, simple sample pretreatment, rapid detection, and has thus achieved distinctive applications in TCM analysis. This review outlines the current situation of SERS in the analysis of active ingredients, authenticity identification, quality control, processing method monitoring, harmful substance detection and compound prescription analysis. Additionally, it presents the capabilities of SERS in the study of pharmacological action mechanisms from the perspectives of drug-target interaction, drug metabolism, and intracellular signaling pathways. Finally, the recent progress of SERS that can improve TCM analysis (such as novel SERS substrates, quantitative analysis strategies, combination with artificial intelligence (AI), etc.) is forecasted and emerging application directions like TCM plant cultivation monitoring, active ingredient screening, in vivo tracking of TCM nano-formulations, and personalized medicine for TCM therapies are also envisioned. |
