英文摘要A new benzoate derivative, 2, 3, 4, 5-tetrahydroxypentyl-4- (3-hydroxy-3-methylbutoxy) benzoate (1) and four known ones, including xylityl-4-hydroxybenzoates (2), fuscoatramide (3), talarodride H (4), and talarodride G (5) were isolated from Hypecoum leptocarpum-derived endophytic fungus Talaromyces fusiformis in this study. The compound structures were determined by means of UV, IR, HRESIMS, and NMR. The cytotoxic activities of these compounds were evaluated using the MTT assay. Talarodride G effectively inhibited human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) cell lines with an IC50 value of 24.97 mu g/mL.
