| 英文摘要 | Pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) are continuously released into marine environments, posing potential threats to coastal ecosystems. Despite their widespread occurrence, the multi-phase partitioning behavior of PPCPs in marine systems remains poorly understood. In this study, were comprehensively investigated in seawater (n = 207), sediment (n = 25), and suspended particulate matter (SPM, n = 70) from the southern Bohai Sea. Of these, 57, 32, and 30 PPCPs were detected in seawater, sediment, and SPM, respectively, with antioxidants and non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs being the predominant categories. & sum;PPCP concentrations in summer seawater (233 ng/L on average) were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than those in spring (130 ng/L) and winter (123 ng/L), mainly driven by elevated antioxidant concentrations in summer. The sediment-water partitioning coefficient, but not the particulate fraction, exhibited significant negative correlations with both log Kow and log Dow, highlighting the complexity of the partitioning behavior of PPCPs in multi-phase. Spatial distribution patterns revealed elevated & sum;PPCP concentrations in the inner Laizhou Bay compared to the Yellow River estuary and the open Bohai Sea, indicating a combined influence of terrestrial inputs and intensive mariculture activities. Ecological risk assessment identified notable threats, with PPCP mixtures posing a high risk to crustaceans and at least a medium risk to fish and algae. Notably, bisphenol A, ibuprofen, carbamazepine, and bisphenol AF were identified as high-risk pollutants requiring urgent attention. These findings provide critical insights into the fate of PPCPs in coastal systems and inform future regulatory strategies. |
