英文摘要Remote oceanic islands and reefs face significant operational and maintenance (O&M) challenges due to geographical isolation, harsh environmental conditions, and high costs. To address these issues, this paper proposes a spatiotemporal database management system integrated with digital twin technology. The system organizes multi-source heterogeneous data-including geographic maps, real-time IoT monitoring, and hydrodynamic simulations-through a partition storage strategy to optimize efficiency and cost. Developed on PostgreSQL, SpringBoot, and Vue.js within a B/S architecture, the system supports core functionalities such as metadata management, dynamic visualization, and advanced spatial retrieval. The research strongly support the subsequent development of the physical-digital twin island business system. This provides important data and technical support for the protection and effective management of remote islands and marine ecological environments.
