英文摘要Land Surface Temperature (LST) is a crucial physical parameter that serves as an indicator of variations in land-atmosphere interactions and processes. However, the limitations of existing satellite products in achieving both high spatial and temporal resolution pose challenges for obtaining accurate LST. This study introduces a novel method that integrates the random forest algorithm with the flexible spatiotemporal data fusion (FSDAF) spatiotemporal fusion approach, incorporating weighted optimization based on land cover types to enhance prediction accuracy. The results show that the proposed method achieves RMSE values of 1.55K and 1.92K in two study areas, improving accuracy by 2% to 4% compared to individual methods. While the method demonstrates broad potential for high-precision surface temperature monitoring, challenges remain in preserving image details. Future work should focus on optimizing dynamic weight adjustment strategies to improve the capture of spatiotemporal variations.
