| 英文摘要 | The fifteen-minute community life circle (15-MCLC) paradigm has emerged as a pivotal policy instrument for sustainable urban development through optimized public facility allocation. Existing studies, however, focus mainly on community boundaries and accessibility, frequently neglecting the critical issue of cross-community facility sharing, which hinders effective resource integration. To address this gap, we propose a comprehensive 15-MCLC framework based on facility sharing, integrating human, temporal, and spatial dimensions. We quantify supply-demand mismatches for eight types of public facilities, identify their primary causes, and explore the complex nonlinear relationships using an interpretable machine learning model. Using Zhengzhou City, China, as a case study, we find that public facility accessibility varies spatially, being higher in emerging areas and lower in aging urban areas. Vulnerable groups, such as women and the elderly, encounter usage challenges. Facility supply-demand mismatches follow a core-periphery structure, with greater mismatches in peripheral communities. Demographic structure and economic factors significantly influence these mismatches, whereas the built environment exhibits limited impact on various facilities, revealing pronounced nonlinear threshold effects and synergistic trade-off relationships. These findings deepen our understanding of public facility development within the 15-MCLC framework and provide valuable insights for its design and implementation. |
