| 英文摘要 | Urban service facilities refer to spatially distributed facilities that provide essential public and quasi-public services in cities, including healthcare, education, mobility, environmental protection, and other service functions. The allocation of these facilities plays a critical role in advancing multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), because it shapes service accessibility, social equity, urban resilience, and environmental performance. Unlike prior research that mainly focuses on general facility location models, optimization methods, or application domains, this review proposed an SDG-oriented review framework to systematically examine how urban service facility allocation research engages with specific SDG targets and their quantitative objectives. First, we analyze the characteristics of existing studies by examining publication trends, thematic foci, geographical distributions, and the representation of different SDGs, thereby revealing dominant research directions and underexplored goals and regions. Second, we synthesize optimization approaches for urban service facility allocation by classifying major methodological paradigms and examining how SDG targets are translated into quantitative objectives, constraints, and modeling formulations across different facility types. Third, we discuss the key challenges facing SDG-oriented facility allocation, including goal conflicts and data dependencies, and explore emerging innovations and prospects driven by large foundation models and GeoAI agents. By integrating bibliometric analysis, methodological synthesis, and forward-looking discussion within a unified SDG-oriented framework, this review provides a structured reference from which researchers and practitioners can extract relevant SDG indicators, optimization objectives, and methodological strategies to develop and compare spatial optimization frameworks aligned with specific SDGs. |
