Preparation of postbioYDFF-3 loaded absorbent pad and its application in fresh-keeping of refrigeration grass carp slices

英文摘要In this paper, absorbent pads were developed by incorporating postbioYDFF-3 (postbiotics) derived from Limosilactobacillus fermentum Postbio-Q7 and Lacticaseibacillus paracasei Postbio-P6. The substrate composition was as follows: gelatin (Ge): dialdehyde starch (Ds): bacterial cellulose (Bc): postbioYDFF-3 (P) = 3:1:0.5:7 %. The physicochemical properties and preservative efficacy of the resulting absorbent pads were systematically evaluated. Compared to the control, the absorbent pads with postbiotic exhibited a 51 % increase in water absorption capacity and a 65.6 % enhancement in antimicrobial activity. Additionally, it significantly inhibited lipid oxidation and protein degradation, reducing TBARS values by 31.3-36.5 % and TVB-N content by 26.6 %, extending the shelf life of fish fillets by 2 days. These findings offer novel insights into the development of antimicrobial absorbent pads for food preservation applications.
