| 英文摘要 | In this paper, the influence of the thickness of the oxide film formed on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy after high-temperature oxidation of the laser transmission welding of titanium alloy to high borosilicate glass was studied. The effects of oxidation temperature and time on the thickness of the oxide film were studied, and the elements and phase composition were analyzed. The welding strength, weld morphology and fracture morphology of titanium alloy and high borosilicate glass weldments with and without oxidation treatment were compared, and the weld formation mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the oxide film can play a buffer role in the welding process of metal and glass, and the strength of the weldment increases with increased thickness of the oxide film. Action of the laser, titanium alloy and high borosilicate glass are mixed with each other in the molten pool to realize the connection. |
