| 英文摘要 | A secondary spraying process including pre -oxidation and re -coating was brought out according to the foaming and densification properties of potassium silicate coating. Coating without secondary spraying was also conducted as a control. After oxidation at 700 degrees C for 50 h, there are through -holes in the coating and the oxidation scale is about 796.5 nm. As for the secondary spraying coating, a dense and even film was obtained at 700 degrees C which effectively improves the antioxidant performance of coatings and the oxidation scale was reduced to 374.8 nm after oxidation for 50 h. |
