英文摘要The microstructure of the cold-rolled nickel-based oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) alloy after annealing at different temperatures were characterized by XRD, EBSD, and TEM. The influence of the annealing process on the microstructure of the cold-rolled nickel-based ODS alloy was studied. The results show that the dislocation density of the alloy decreases and part of the oxide particle coarsens with the annealing temperature rising. Besides, there are uniform microstructure and fine oxide particles in the nickel-based ODS alloy after annealing at 900 degrees C. According to the calculation, the tensile strength of the alloy after annealing at 900 degrees C is mainly contributed by the dispersion strengthening and dislocation strengthening which provide the theoretical basis and the effective method to improve the properties of the nickel-based ODS alloy.
