| 英文摘要 | The efficient utilization of urban parks is crucial for reducing green space waste and promoting sustainable development. Traditional evaluation methods relying on visit statistics or subjective assessments struggle to capture the nonlinear, complex dynamic relationships in park utilization. To address this gap, this study constructs a dual-index framework integrating the Satisfaction and Visitation Collaborative Index (SVCI) and the Satisfaction and Visitation Diversity Index (SVDI) to evaluate park utilization efficiency and mismatch characteristics, applied to 474,140 valid reviews from 135 parks within Beijing's Sixth Ring Road (2014-2023). Results show: (1) Significant scale dependence and functional differences exist-large parks have seasonal visitation peaks (focusing on landscape/culture), small parks have stable visitation (focusing on daily leisure), both with infrastructure and management shortcomings; (2) Utilization efficiency shows high in the center, low in the periphery heterogeneity-large parks have weak shock resistance, with efficiency driven by water coverage and surrounding socioeconomic environment, while small parks depend on location, public services and transportation; (3) Visitation-satisfaction mismatch varies spatially-large parks outside the Fifth Ring Road have higher visitation than satisfaction, while small parks inside the Fifth Ring Road show the opposite (more prominent in water-scarce small parks). It is suggested that peripheral large parks improve service quality, and inner-ring small parks strengthen public facilities to boost utilization and avoid idleness. This framework can supplement Planning Support Systems (PSS) and be promoted to other urban open spaces. |
