| 英文摘要 | Salinity is a key parameter in deep-sea monitoring, yet conventional conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) systems often suffer from long-term drift due to pressure-induced deformation and lack effective in situ calibration. This study presents an in situ self-calibrating salinometer designed for reliable operation under ultrahighpressure conditions. The system leverages the thermally stable deep-sea environment and performs periodic calibration using preloaded standard seawater solutions. Featuring a lab-on-a-chip (LoC) fluidic module, a pump, two normallyclosed (NC) valves, one normally-open (NO) valve, and passive pressure compensation, the valve setup maintains at least one open flow path at all times, enabling constant pressure balance and protecting system integrity. Laboratory tests confirmed pressure resistance up to 126.5MPa and measurement accuracy within +/- 0.003PSU. Field deployments at 1300 and 4500m yielded errors of 0.0198 and 0.097PSU, respectively, mainly due to limited deployment durations and thermal instability. Despite these constraints, the system maintained structural integrity and stable performance, demonstrating suitability for long-term deep-sea salinity monitoring. |
