| 英文摘要 | Two new naphthopyrones, berchelineatones A and B (1 and 2), together with a new prenylisoflavone (3), were isolated from Berchemia lineata. Their structures were primarily determined by high-resolution mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallographic data analysis. Notably, compounds 1 and 2 exhibited potent inhibition on nitric oxide (NO) production induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in RAW264.7 macrophages, with IC50 values of 2.52 and 2.06 mu M, respectively. |
