中文摘要The AC conductivity, sigma(ac) of an 8mol%-yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic was obtained as a function of frequency, f, from complex impedance measurements in the temperature range between 313 and 473 K. By analyzing the conductivity spectra according to the universal dynamic response (UDR) expression, sigma(ac), = sigma(dc), [1 +(f/f(P))(5)], a set of parameters, including the DC conductivity sigma(dc),, the carrier hopping rate omega(H) and the effective carrier concentration n, were extracted to describe the ionic mobility and to yield the activation energies for different processes associated with ionic conduction. It was found that the activation energy for ionic conduction, E, increases with increasing temperature, being rather different with those observed in high temperature range. The effect of ionic mobility on the activation energy E was then discussed briefly and a possible explanation for the observed temperature dependence of E was proposed.
