英文摘要BACKGROUND: There are few reports on erythromycin molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) used as HPLC stationary phase and solid phase extraction matrices. These imprinted polymers are prepared by bulk polymerization, which is tedious and time-consuming, and they are irregular and possess poor reproducibility and low binding capacity. In this study, molecularly imprinted microspheres for erythromycin were prepared by aqueous suspension polymerization for the first time.
