中文摘要 | 本论文研究了难处理金矿中含砷物质(雄黄、雌黄)在碱性氧化湿法冶金预处理时行为规律。实验表明:氨水浓度对雄黄和雌黄的溶解量影响很大;温度对雄黄的溶解量影响很大,但对雌黄的影响不大。影响雌黄在氨水中氧化速度的因素是氧化温度、氨水浓度、氧分压、搅拌速度和催化剂,而氧化速度和反应物颗粒初始粒径,液固比和表面活性剂无关。雄黄在氨水中的氧化反应速度受很多因素的影响。在一定条件下雄黄可以转化为雌黄。含有雄黄和雌黄的坪定金矿,经过氨水脱砷-氨性催化氧化-氰化工艺后,金的渗取率可达92%。 |
英文摘要 | The behavior of arsenic minerals (realgar and orpiment) from a refractory gold ore in the alkaline solution under oxygen pressure is investigated. The experiments show: 1)The solubility of both realgar and orpiment in the aqueous ammonia solution is in a great degree dependent on the concentration of ammonia. The temperature is the affective factor only for orpiment dissolution; 2)The main effective factors for the oxidation rate of orpiment in ammonia solution are the reaction temperature, the concentration of ammonia. In the similar conditions, the process of realgar oxidation can be described by the shrinking core model with the chemical reaction as the rate controlling step and the reactant particle size diminishing. Reaglar can be converted to orpiment under a regular condition. The process of cyanidation followed by ammonia dearsenicing and ammonia oxygen pressure leaching with catalyst is proposed for the gold extraction from refractory ores containing aresenic minerals, The gold ore from Pingding was tested by the process and 92% of gold was extracted. |
