流化床中铁矿粉附碳与还原行为的研究

中文摘要 | 为了详细地探讨附碳铁矿粉在还原过程中防止粘结和提高还原速度的问题,本文在27mm内径石英流化床中先后对矿粉进行了流态化附碳和还原反应的实验,运用正交分析考究了影响附碳量,还原速度和粘结因素的主次顺序,结果表明:温度和气氛是影响矿粉附碳量的显著因素;在附碳矿粉还原前期附碳量不仅和还原温度一样,都是影响还原速度的显著因素,而且它还能有效地抑制粘结,但到了还原后期,这种作用减弱,然而温度仍然是显著因素,并且确定出附碳和还原实验的最佳条件。本文通过对附碳矿粉和矿粉还原样品的扫描电镜、偏光显微镜和X射线衍射仪的测定,不仅对附碳和还原过程中的形貌和成分的变化有了深刻的认识,而且可以进一步研究附碳和还原反应进行的形式及内部结构的变化,提出附碳矿粉还原防粘的机理,并且通过实验,研究了附碳量、还原温度与还原气氛对铁矿粉还原反应速度的影响,另外,还模拟流化床预还原-铁浴终还原高、低二次燃烧率两种不同气氛进行了实验,为以后的扩大实验提供依据。 |
英文摘要 | A series of experiments on adhesion of carbon and reduction of iron ore powders has been done in a fluidized bed of 27mm 1D, in order to investigate mechanism of preventing sticking and raising the reduction rate through carbon deposition on iron ore. The orthogonal analyses of experimental results show that temperature and atmosphere are two important factors influencing the amount of adhesive carbon. At the initial stage of reduction, the amount of adhesive carbon has remarkable effect on reduction rate as temperature has. Besides, carbon adhesion effectively prevents particles from sticking. But at the later stage of reduction, this effect weakens, while reduction temperature still has a strong influence on reduction rate. Moreover, the optimal parameters for carbon adhesion and reduction of iron ore have been determined. By means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction analysis, not only the morphology and composition change of iron ore, but also the mechanism of carbon adhesion and reduction of iron ore as well as corresponding change of internal structure have been investigated during the process of carbon adhesion and reduction of iron ore. Consequently, n explanation has been put forward demonstrating the mechanism for preventing iron ore powders from sticking through adhe sion of carbon on them. The paper also dealt with various factors influencing the reduction rate, concerned with carbon deposition on iron ore.In addition, in accordance with two different kinds of atmosphere of high or low post combustion ratio in fluidized bed prereduction and smelting reduction in molten iron bath, the experiments have been carried out to provide foundation for scale-up. |
