中文摘要Selective separation and purification of two enzymes from Bacillus subtilis (alpha-amylase and neutral protease) by liquid-liquid extraction using Aliquat 336/isooctane reversed micelles were investigated. After a full forward and backward extraction cycle, alpha-amylase was separated and purified in the stripping solution, and neutral protease was recovered in the raffinate.
