纳米复合阻燃聚酯材料的热降解性能研究

中文摘要In this paper, flame-retardant Poly(ethylene erephthalate)(PET)-SiO2nanocomposites was synthesized with terephthalic acid (TPA), ethylene glycol , nano-silica and(6-oxide-6h-dibenz(c, e)(1, 2) oxaphosphorin-6-yl-butanedioicate acid (DDP) via in situ polymerization. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observe the dispersion of nano-SiO( EG)2 in the composites. It was found that nano-SiO2 was dispersed in the polymer matrix uniformly. The thermal degradation behavior of the flame-retardant PET composites under air atmosphere was investigated using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that the addition of DDP and nano-SiO2 increased the thermal stability of polyester at initial degradation period and the residue of the nanocomposites at high temperature was more than that of pure PET and PET with DDP, which indicated there was a synergistic effect on thermal stability between DDP and nano-SiO2 .
