中文摘要An amorphous Fe82.55Si3.9B8.5P4.4Cu0.65 alloy with a saturation magnetization of 1.63 T and a coercivity of 7.13 A/m was prepared by melt-spinning method. Its Curie temperature, primary and secondary crystallization temperatures are 321, 410, and 548 ℃, respectively, which were obtained by differential scanning calorimetry measurement. Although not containing the element like Nb or Zr which is absolutely necessary to the traditional nanocrystalline soft-magnetic alloy such as FINEMET, NANOPERM, and HITPERM, the alloy also exhibits a nanocrystalline microstructure after isothermally annealing in an argon atmosphere at the temperature of 475 ℃. According to the X-ray diffraction patterns, the formed nanocrystal is Fe(Si) phase with a body-centred-cubic structure. High saturation magnetization of 1.68-1.89 T and low coercivity of 2.8-13.7 A/m can be obtained in such annealed alloys.
