中文摘要Nd9.5Febal.Co10MB15 (M?Ti2.5Zr0.5, Ti2.5Nb0.5, Zr2.5Nb0.5, Nb2.5Zr0.5) rodmagnetsarepreparedbydirect casting method.Thermo-gravimetricanalysisresultsshowthatminorsoft a-(Fe, Co)phasecoexists with magneticallyhard2:14:1phaseintheabovemagnets.Inaddition,amorphousphaseisalso observedinmagnetswithTi2.5Zr0.5 and Nb2.5Zr0.5 addition.Accordingtodifferentialscanning calorimetryresults,obviousexothermicpeaksareobservedinthemagnetswithTi2.5Zr0.5 and Nb2.5Zr0.5 addition.Meanwhile,thecrystallizationbehavioroftheamorphousphaseisatwo-stepprocess.The activationenergiesofmagnetswithTi2.5Zr0.5 and Nb2.5Zr0.5 additionare542kJ/moland558kJ/mol, respectively.Microstructureimagesshowthatthe2:14:1phaseissurroundedbyboron-richgrain boundaryphase.Theaveragegrainsizeof2:14:1phaseinNb2.5Zr0.5-doped magnetsissmallerthanin Ti2.5Zr0.5-doped magnets.Magneticmeasurementsshowthatlargercoercivityisobservedinboth Ti2.5Zr0.5-doped magnetandNb2.5Zr0.5-doped magnet,whilebettersquarenessofthedemagnetization curvesandhighermagneticenergyproductareobtainedinTi2.5Nb0.5-dopedmagnet.
