中文摘要 | A rapidcolorimetricdetectionmethodoftraceCr(VI)inaqueoussolutionshasbeendevelopedbasedon non-aggregatedAgcore–Aushell nanoparticles.Itisbasedonthe fact thatCr(VI)redoxetchesAgcore–Aushell nanoparticlesatthepresentofbromideionsofhexadecyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTAB).The etchingprocessofAgcore–Aushell nanoparticleswouldleadtoablueshiftinthesurfaceplasmonresonance (SPR)absorptionpeakasthesizeofAgcore–Aushell nanoparticlesdecreased.This colorimetricstrategybased on sizeandcomponentdependenceofcore-shellnanoparticlesduringtheetchingprocessprovidedahighly sensitiveandselectivedetectionmethodtowardCr (VI). Comparedwithotherdetectionmethods,this methodprovidedawidelineardetectionrangefrom1 10 8M to8 10 6M overoneorderof magnitude,alsohassomepracticalcapability.Thecost-effectiveprobeinthiscolorimetricmethodallowed rapidandsensitivedetectionoftraceCr(VI)ionsaslowas1.0 10 7M basedontheobservationsbythe nakedeyesand1.0 10 8M basedonthemeasurementsofUV–visspectra inaqueoussolutionsatroom temperature.Accordingtothepreliminarydata,itindicatedthatthecurrentmethodshowedverypromising practicalapplicabilityforthedeterminationofCr(VI)inrealenvironmentalsamples. |
