| 中文摘要 | Blue-emitting Sr1 xEuxSi9Al19ON31 phosphors weresynthesizedat1800 1C for2hunder1MPaN2 by using thegas-pressuresinteringmethod(GPS).Themicrostructure,photoluminescence(PL)properties of thepreparedphosphorswereinvestigated.Underthe290nmexcitation,broadPLemissionbands with peakpositionsat448–490nmweredetected.Theconcentrationquenchingwasnotobserved owing tothelargedistancebetweenEu2t ions thatmadethenonradiativeenergytransferbetween neighboring Eu2t ions difficult. Thebluephosphorgenerallyshowedasmallthermalquenchingatlow Eu2t concentrations. Theabsorptionandexternalquantumefficiency ofthesynthesizedSr0.5Eu0.5Si9 Al19ON31 were85%and62%uponthe365nmexcitation,respectively.TheinterestingPLresultsindicate that Sr1 xEuxSi9Al19ON31 has greatpotentialsasabluephosphorforwhiteLEDsapplications |
