中文摘要 | We here present our state of art spark plasma sintering technology in ultrafast fabricating transparent Ce:YAG@MgAl2O4 composite ceramics based white light emitting diodes directly from powder synthesis to final devices. The total heat processing time is less than 3 h. The optical properties of the sintered transparent composite can be easily adjusted by internal and external modifications to satisfy specific requirement. This method is also fit for fabricating multi-phosphor composites for improved color rendering index |
