中文摘要A facile,solution-processedmethodtofabricateMoO3 (s-MoO3) thin film ashole-injectionlayer(HIL)for poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)and(6,6)-phenyl-C61-butyric acidmethylester(PC61BM) basedorganic bulk hetero-junctionphotovoltaicsispresented.Thestructural,electronicpropertyandsurfacemicro- structure ofthes-MoO3 thin film areinvestigatedindetailbyX-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy, ultravioletphotoelectronspectroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscopyandatomicforcemicroscope.The results indicatethatthes-MoO3 thin film possessesappropriatemorphological,opticalandelectronic properties tobesuitablefororganicphotovoltaicapplications.Thephotovoltaicdeviceshavebeen investigatedandoptimizedindetailbytuninglayerthickness,processingtemperatureandtime, annealing conditionsofinterfaciallayers.Usings-MoO3 thin film ashole-injectionlayer,thedevicegives open circuitvoltageof0.64V,circuitcurrentdensityof9.15mAcm 2, fill factorof0.67andpower conversionefficiency of3.92%,whichishigherthanthecontrolleddeviceusingPEDOT:PSSlayer. In addition,thes-MoO3 based devicesexhibitgoodstability.
