| 中文摘要 | A simple, rapid and valid fingerprint method has been first carried out for the quality control of Veratrum nigrum L. (Chinese name: Lilu), by using liquid chromatography (LC) with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD). A standard fingerprint was constructed from ten batches of Lilu from different geographic locations to evaluate batch-to-batch consistency. Twelve chromatographic peaks were selected as characteristic peaks and their relative peak areas were calculated for quantitative expression of the LC fingerprints. Furthermore, the amounts of three main components (veratrosine, jervine, and veratramine) were determined simultaneously to evaluate and control quality of Lilu. |
